The company was formed in 2009 to develop an effective CCTV & security solution to combat unwanted intrusion and crime at residential and commercial properties.
LiveGuard Security’s team of internationally acclaimed academics and researchers combined the best aspects of CCTV security camera, intruder alarm and remote monitoring systems to produce the state-of-the-art LiveGuard.
LiveGuard is an interactive security and CCTV solution. It alerts users to an intrusion at their property by sending a real-time image stream (or video) to their smartphone. Allowing the user to visually verify the intrusion in this way means appropriate and immediate action can be taken. Unwanted intruders can be stopped by effective actions including setting off an alarm or instigating a police response. Conversely, known visitors can be disregarded, reducing false alarms and call-outs.
